See what third-party delivery costs you.

Slide to match your restaurant. Just the orders you get through third-party apps, not dine-in, not phone. Commission is figured at 25%, typical for third-party delivery; tiers run 15% to 30%.

The apps bring you people who have never eaten with you, and this doesn't pretend otherwise. It only counts the repeat guests who no longer need an app to find you.

How it works

You're already getting these orders. You're just paying for them twice.

Orme is how you stop. Four things that get you found, make ordering easy, bring guests back, and keep them warm, with no commission at any step.

01.

Get found by hungry customers on Google

When someone nearby searches for food, you show up, and the Order button sends them to you, not to an app. You did the work to get noticed. You should get the order.

A website built for Google, and for orders
A guest holding a phone showing a restaurant's Google listing with a prominent Order online button, a burger and fries on the table beside them
02.

Sell more, and keep all of it

Pickup, delivery and catering, ordered straight from you. Just as easy for your guest as the app, except nobody takes a cut on the way through.

Pickup, delivery and catering, commission-free
A guest collecting a bagged online order from the owner at the counter, four labelled pickup orders lined up on the wood beside them
03.

Turn first-time orders into regulars

Points, gift cards and a loyalty card that sits in their phone and pops up when they're nearby. The kind of thing that gets someone in twice a week instead of twice a year.

Loyalty · Gift cards · Apple + Google Wallet
A guest at the counter showing 740 loyalty points and a $10 reward on her phone while the restaurant owner smiles
04.

Bring customers back, automatically

Turn past customers into repeat orders with automated emails and texts that keep your restaurant top of mind. Win-backs, offers and reminders go out for you, without writing a word.

Email · Text marketing · Win-backs
A laptop showing automated marketing campaigns running, with follow-up emails and texts going out to past customers

That is the whole loop. The only question left is what the apps are charging you to run it for you.

See what you are paying

Built like big chain tech, for everyday restaurants.

A guest ordering on their phone from a restaurant's own branded ordering page, with pickup, delivery and catering options

Your customers already order on their phones. The chains spent millions making that feel easy. Orme gives you the same thing, on your name.

Pricing

One order a week pays for it.

On a 30% tier, the top of the marketplace range, a single $130 order costs you $39. That's your whole week of Orme.

It also replaces over $1,000 a month in separate software: website, ordering, catering, loyalty, gift cards, reviews, SMS and push.

Who it's for

Built for restaurants that live on takeout.

If most of your orders leave the building, third-party commission is your biggest line item. These are the rooms Orme was built in.

Multi-location groups

Two locations or twenty: one dashboard, per-location menus and hours, group-wide loyalty, consolidated reporting.

What we believe

You shouldn't pay to serve your own regulars.

An introduction is worth paying for once. Not on every order after it.

Your customers are yours, not leased.

Their details and order history belong to you, not to an app selling the same list to the shop down the block.

Software should make you more than it costs.

Most restaurant tech gets paid whether you grow or not. If a feature doesn't move your take-home, it doesn't ship.

If that is how you think about your restaurant, we should talk.

Before you start.

What is Orme Direct?+

A 100% commission-free online ordering platform for restaurants. Guests order through your own branded page for pickup, delivery or curbside, and every dollar lands directly in your bank account. No 25% third-party cut, no app bidding on your own restaurant name.

How much does it cost?+

One plan, $39 a week, about $169 a month, billed weekly. Everything is included: website, ordering, loyalty, catering, marketing, AI and reviews. Pay annually and you save 20%: $1,622 a year, about $135 a month. Multi-location groups get a special rate. There are no per-order commissions, ever. Cancel any week on weekly billing. On annual, change your mind inside 60 days and we refund the year in full.

How is this different from Uber Eats, DoorDash or Grubhub?+

Third-party delivery apps take roughly 25% per order, with tiers running from 15% to 30%, and they own your customer data. Orme charges a flat monthly fee, keeps 100% of the order value in your account, and gives you full ownership of customer profiles, emails, order history and marketing lists.

What does the AI actually do?+

Three jobs, all aimed at money rather than novelty: it suggests the add-on most likely to be accepted while a guest is in the cart, it sends a review request at the right moment after a meal, and it drafts a reply to each review you receive so none of them sit unanswered. You approve anything you want to approve.

How long does setup take?+

Most restaurants are live within a few days. When you book a 15-minute demo we import your existing menu so you can see it inside your branded ordering page immediately.

Does it integrate with my POS or kitchen printer?+

Yes. Orme integrates with major POS systems and routes orders to a shared kitchen printer or KDS. We also sell the Orme Kitchen Printer Hub, a single thermal printer that connects up to 7 devices at once, including UberEats, DoorDash, SkipTheDishes, GrubHub, your POS and your KDS.

Who already uses Orme?+

Independent restaurants: sandwich shops, burger joints, BBQ, Greek and meal prep concepts, from single storefronts to multi-location groups.

What happens to my third-party app orders?+

Most restaurants keep the apps switched on at first and use Orme to move their regulars direct: inserts in the bag, a QR on the receipt, SMS after the order. The commission bill shrinks month over month as the direct channel grows. The apps keep doing what they are good at, bringing you people who have never eaten with you.
